For the people who do not have the left reactor toolbar, follow these   more...steps:

On the top toolbar click customize then customize user interface. Once the new window opens, click on the toolbars tab, there should be a list box, on default it should say Axis Constraints, change it to Reactor, it should be set to hide, uptick hide and we now have the left reactor toolbar.
