This is the long version of this project. It is an attempt to look at the violations of the first amendment, and show that the government has no respect for your rights

First heard this speech through a podcast of Mark Levin Show that someone gave me. Got my blod boiling.. so did some reading and decided to make a video

A trio of journalists who have a track record of documenting police abuse at political conventions were stopped and searched during the early morning hours in Minneapolis. Police took their video equipment,   more...cell phones, hard drive and notes about protests planned for next week's Republican National Convention.

No charges have been filed against the three, according to Mineapolis police spokesman Sgt. William Palmer.  less

Our founding fathers created the 2nd Amendment because they understood without the right to bare arms, tyranny would rule. The right that Americans have to own guns goes much farther than hunting and   more...even home/personal protection; the 2nd Amendment was also established in case a government became oppressive. The Declaration of Independence states that, “…when a train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security”.  less

In this disturbing exchange we see former head of the NSA, General Michael Hayden, argue with reporter Jonathan Landay that the words "probable cause" are not found in the Fourth Amendment.   more...I don't want to spoil the suprise for you, but "probable cause" is the measure for issuing a warrant in the Fourth Amendment. Of course, I would find this exceptionally humorous had not Bush recently appointed this man to be the new head of the CIA.  less

On July 9, 2008, 69 members of the U.S. Senate voted to abolish the 4th amendment and protect the President of the United States and his friends from illegal activities perpetrated upon the people of   more...the United States in direct violation of the United States Constitution.
