SPOILERS FOR THE WESTERN AIR TEMPLE!!!!!!!!!!

Story: Whenever Katara wanted Zuko there to help her, he wasn't there to help her, he was against her. Even though they loved each other, they were in a   more...war and didn't have much of a choice. Soon, Zuko realizes that he can't trust himself to be there for Katara, even though he wants to. He pushes her away and, even though it hurts them both, they become stronger because of it. In Zuko's final moments (in the last verse), he realizes that he wanted Katara to know how much she meant to him and wishes that he could go back instead of die, but, sadly, no one can change the past or undo anyone's death.

Zuko proposes to Katara and she accepts after being convinced that she'll be safe. When she finally trusts Zuko and believes in him, he lets her down. Then Katara realizes that she can't trust or believe   more...in Zuko anymore. After being beaten(probably not abuse), Katara decides to fight back.
