First things first - I got Sony Vegas 8 Pro! =D

Second; working with it made me want rip my hair out.

Seriously, I have no idea the program would be this confusing, but I'm getting the hang of it (slowly   more...but surely!) thanks to alot of turtorials on youtube. Clearly, I still have tons and tons to learn, but this was just a jump into the program for me.

I know this is short. I know the clip selection is odd, but I was originally going to do the whole song so I was saving some of my more favorite clips. And I know every Avatard vider and their mother has done a fanvid to this song. But I was thrilled about the precision that SV8 has, and I wanted to test out how well it is to time clips with it. I probably won't make many videos like this (you know, music with beats and actiony Avatar scenes), but I really wanted to try it out, for s&gs.

I made a little over half of this video about a year-and-a-half ago, and never really went back to it until now. I discovered it while going through old files and figured it was promising, so I decided   more...to finish it. I haven't made an AMV in quite awhile, so forgive me if my skills are a bit crappy. Anyway, please enjoy! :)

In this video, its regarding if, during the final battle between Zuko, Azula and Katara, if Katara had died during it. In this video, Zuko is grieving Katara's death. Azula is basically represented as the Devil, whom this song is sung by. So the whole video is about Zuko fighting with the devil, mentally, because the devil is telling him that he can be with katara again if he takes his own life.

Move over instrumentals, we finally got some lyrics in my videos xD yes, after eight videos i have finished one with lyrics and this one was extremely fun. so fun, that i made it in just one day. i finished   more...it at like 11pm. the song is very nice, was actually suppose to be my azula tribute...
I tried to use more effects in this video. i worked with lighting and such. the first eight seconds is something i love about this video, i spent a lot of time with that. please tell me if you like that part =P the other effects are pretty noticeable too

Azula = The Joker (since she is the Joker   more...in the finale)
Aang = Batman/Bruce Wayne
Sokka = Commissioner Gordon
Katara = Rachael
Penguin sliding = Batman's motorcycle thing
Zuko = random people and glass(If Harvey Dent was in the trailer I used, then Zuko would be Harvey Dent. But he wasn't)
Appa = Batmobile and the one semi
And apparently Azula leaves burning gliders at the scene of her crime?
(And there was no way I was not going to put the Aang/Zuko Arm Glompage in there.)
I had to watch that Dark Knight trailer so many times I pretty much have the whole thing memorized ;)  less

Ok, I bet some people are wondering how I made a new video so quickly when it seemingly took 2 months for my other video. And there are sort of three answers to that:
1) I felt sort of bad for torturing   more...you people through my other video (It was just an experiment, BTW. Don't think poorly of my video skills because of that one video.), so I made this quickly just for you guys. ^_^
2) Days off from school+nothing to do=free time. Free time+computer that's not acting slow for once=video tiem!
3) To be truthful, I love Maiko a whole lot, and I wanted to add one more Maiko video out there. For some reason, there are not as many Maiko videos out there as other ships, I think. So this is also for all you Maiko fans.
