Alright   more...- one of two Sokka/Yue videos that I've done recently - this is my favorite of the two - mainly because the imagery of the song fits so well with the images of Yue.

This is a request video for MillennialDecay, who won second place in my AMV contest with her Katara - Face Down video over on Youtube. It's pretty excellent, you guys should watch. And it was done in   more...WMM!
I hope you guys like it, even though it's only 1 minute (it was a requirement, sorry, and NO I'm not going to make it any longer, this song is SOO repetitive it would kill me x_X) and it's not to my usual couple, Kataang.
And I certainly hope YOU like it, MillennialDecay! ^^
I tried my best, but well, hey, this isn't a personal choice song, and so it's not too easy to make it that personal. And since it's slow there's a bit of a lack of effects.
But don't worry! I'm back! I'm going to get started on a new video asap and hopefully it'll be out before the month is over! ^^

There's really no story to this, since the song wasn't my choice, but I feel like it kind of talks about how, since Yue and Sokka's time together was so short, all Yue wanted was to be with him, but Sokka wanted to give her more. And then there's a bunch of random lyrics in there which I...didn't really get. Hahaha! Enjoy! ^^  less

In my humble opinion, this is the absolute best canon pairing in Avatar. Romantic, sweet, sad, yet ever-lasting. They were doomed from the start, but they will always be together, even if only in their   more...hearts.

My first serious video, done to the song Auf Achse, by Franz Ferdinand. I played with timing and did a few experiments with lipsyncing.

A FEW NOTES:

Scenes that are 'darker' are sorta like memories. The majority of the chorus was meant to be their story playing out, while everything else is kinda like Sokka's 'main' memory towards what happened previously. If that makes any sense.

And I purposefully made the shots of Yue's death last for a very short time. Imo, that happened so fast that Sokka didn't have much time to register what happened, unlike the rest of their story which felt longer.

I hope you guys enjoy this video even -half- as much as I did making it, and please leave any kind of crit! :D

Okay i had a REALLY REALLY hard time saving this! And it just was driving me insane i almost gave up on it. Then I FINALLY got it to save but with a little sacrifice... So Please don't complain   more...about it being a lil off timing. I'm really sorry about that, exspeacially sorry to you theapplefox.

Sokka's love and Yue's death, and how both will be together again someday. Yue's shining down on him from heaven, and so both are saying,   more..."Can't wait till I see you in Heaven."

As for the places, that's supposed to be like Heaven and where Yue's shinig down upon. Oh and Aang, Zuko, & Katara represented those who are suffering, cuz this song is about pain and seeing your loved ones again one day when everything is all in peace. So yah.
