The most likely source is the "timing   more...chopper" seen in the FOX, WNYW and CBS footage.

This video makes to atempt to address the vortex created by a jumbo jet that should have knocked the chopper out of the sky if there had been an actual plane.

In xenomorph911's high resolution digital copy of the park foreman amateur video (see below for download for comparison), the terrorists' planned attack on the World Trade Center almost fell apart before   more...success.

Here,it appears some high energy weapon nearly destroys the cockpit of their missile, UA175, just before the conclusion of their journey.
