I never saw Diamond Head Crater this green before. It used to be free to go in. Now you have to pay. Sucks. My favorite part is the tunnel.

Japanese Mt. Mihara great eruption of 1986, person seen on film during the eruption.....how is this person alive?

Test footage of the Tyrant's hometown volcano, for the movie "EMPIRE HIGHWAY". The townspeople worship an ancient volcano god named La'Vah, who, it turns out, is an actual supernatural being   more...who lives inside the mountain. The volcano itself is just a piece of artwork I very quickly whipped up in Photoshop, but I'll probably build the volcano as a physical model for the actual movie. The lava effects will most likely still be composited animation. Please forgive my horrendous misspelling of "TyrantUlania". Ugh!! I'm also kinda giddy today because I learned a new trick in MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 14: how to create more complex motion paths for video using the "Movement" feature. That's how I created the shaky-cam slow zoom on the caldera.  less

Hundreds of Indonesians have begun evacuating the slopes of a rumbling volcano in East Java following increased levels of toxic fumes and tremors.

The country's volcanological survey raised Mount Kelud's   more...alert status to the second-highest level on Sunday (September 30), following increased activity.

A mix of carbon dioxide and toxic substances seven times normal levels has been recorded from the volcano in recent days.
