This was the 1983 PBS Video Logo, a VHS distribution company owned by Caitlin Systems that sold the "PBS P-head" videotapes from 1976 - 1998. PBS Video was outlawed when a child accidentally   more...swallowed one of their videotapes. This was ignored, but in 1998, a 4 year old received a heart attack by watching this logo, thus, the company was forced to move to Antarctica. Be very afraid. PBS P-head is watching.
