My wife was concerned that I have not been eating enough fresh vegetables lately, so she asked me to have some salad after eating a pizza. This video is the result.

There's something about a refrigerator spewing vegetables at someone that disturbs me on a fundamental level.

I've been working like mad trying to beat the rain. Not much to show for it - yet.

I went for my annual check-up and they told me I have high blood sugar and high cholesterol.
