As for Tiger being the Best Athlete of   more...the year... the measure of a
athlete isn't purely how strong or fast they are but how well they excel in
their particular sport. And Tiger Woods was far and away the best Golfer
of the year which, in my opinion, definitely qualifies him for that title.
