Aang and Toph both want to apologize to eachother, yet when they're about to finally do so, it's too late......Basically, it's about those times they fought, and when they were close to apologizing, something   more...else came up that set them on ends with eachother. (On another note I found out from Tale of Aang that there were two off sccreen apologizes! Which means....TAANG!! Squeeeee! *faint*)
