I have brunch at my buddy's home. We have a little get-together, and one of the fellas brings over some Malasadas from Leonard's Bakery. I talk a little bit about touring across the USA and riding one-handed.

I continue my ride to "somewhere" and mention my dog Baily and a potential operation he needs, then I go looking for something "exciting".

Every poem has a story or a reason for being.
For me, poetry is a way of expressing life.
Unfortunately, my poems sometimes take on
a life of their own and before I know it, the poem
has strayed from it's   more...original purpose.
