How much awesomeness can I fit into under two minutes of   more...screentime? Quite a bit actually.
This is me getting psyched up for September and a whole new season of awesome, by compiling clips of everything I love about Avatar, the action, the emotion, the passion!! Unfortunately, due to time constaints to finish and upload this video, I had to steal the song from a very good friend of mine, brilliantlygreen, whose Avatar Preview video completely inspired this one.
And, as an added bonus, after watching both seasons over again with my friend (who is now addicted, ha!), I found a whole bunch of awesome clips I previously forgot about! Woo! And I thought I'd put some cool Jet clips in this too, since he really deserves it, after all the times I've showed him getting completely pwned by Katara...
Also, I'm very sorry for the lack of original effects in this one. I was a slave to the beat of the song, and if I added effects to each of those hits like I wanted to, it would be over before you could recognize what the clip was showing. Still, I planned to lower the effect-o-meter a little on this one anyway, since I wanted to emphasize the untainted brilliance of Avatar. Kinda failed at the no-effect thing, but ya know... there's only so much I can take.
This will be my last video until well into season 3, Avatarians, unless I get such a dawning of inspiration that it just can't wait. But, until then...

Why Vertigo? Three reasons.
1. I miss U2 and I've been wanting to make a video to another of their songs.
2. I've been sick for the past week, and I've been too dizzy even for Heroes (!), so I would lie in my bed and listen to music, and guess what song came on? Vertigo! Too much of a coincidence to ignore.
3. Some of these ships are as twisted as vertigo itself.

1. This is the STUPIDEST video I have ever made. Including that Bumi v. Toph thing.

3. The cast for this is NOT the same as "Sucks to Be Fire Nation." There is one role reprisal, though....it was popular. So....

Spoilers for The Boiling Rock!!
Yeah, so I totally made this in a day. How about that! I guess I can't say it took be 20+ hours now, cuz it didn't. I even went out to lunch and saw a movie... and yet here   more...it is, completed on my computer and just asking to be uploaded. Your wish is my command, oh computer lord.
So, Boiling Rock pts. 1 and 2 pretty much rule all. I absolutely loved them... so unexpected!! But amazingly cool! Mai is clearly the woman of the hour, hence why she gets the final shot and production still. I've always liked her, but she just jumped up 10 Raven points in my book. Geez. Still can't quite believe the end of that episode...
I know I only introduced 4 characters in this one, but the music only allowed for 4. But really, when you think about this episode, which 4 characters first come to mind? I rest my case.
But yeah guys, BUY THE DVD ON MAY 6TH! For real! Avatar seriously needs our support here. Why else would Nick sell a DVD with unaired episodes? IT'S A TEST. It's a marketing strategy that could make or break the possibility of future Avatar seasons and the live action movie in 2010. For all that is good and holy, BUY THE DVD. Buy 2 DVDs. Just help out the cause, because with this most recent leak Avatar sure does need it.

As usual, there are many parts that I'm happy with or proud of, and many that I am really skeptical about. But everything's here for a reason.

All   more...of the credits are at the end--I didn't make this vid alone! DO NOT CONGRATULATE ME FOR FINDING SOMETHING UNTIL YOU'VE MADE SURE THAT IT'S NOT IN THE CREDITS WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!!

The credits also include a tribute to ALL of the people who have helped with my vids. Or most of them. I have a very strong feeling that I forgot some people....I'll make it up to you somehow!

YES I know about the apron and other mistakes....those aren't included because this isn't a blooper real, really. That might be a future project.

As brilliantlygreen said in her YouTube "Out Tonight" more... vid, the Avatar girls are a bunch of flirts.   more...Here, it comes apparent in a battle of the femmes.

This is without a doubt the most difficult and detailed video that I have ever made.

I may have spent a grand total of seventeen hours on this--mainly due to the unreliable nature of Windows Movie Maker.

Which, considering that it's finals time, was probably a REALLY bad idea. But in the euphoria of completing a 20-page paper, I had to get this up and out. It's the catchiest song ever (or one of 'em, anyway), and I couldn't resist.

There may be a few synching errors left in this (I revised it), and I know! But this is as good as it's gonna get, I can't afford to spend any more time editing, especially not with as temperamental a program as WMM.

Influenced by the Toph version, somewhat, but I also made it as unique as I could. I went VERY transition-happy in this....

And the two moments that should stand out to you took about half an hour upwards each. But they were WORTH it....

All the girls belong to Avatar: The Last Airbender, which belongs to Viacom and Nickelodeon. All the boys belong to the girls. Hehehe.

In this installment, we see the level of skill Ozai's bodyguards possess, learn that caring about Zuko means shutting him down, and uncover Song's secret plot for pity   more...points. Romance, deception, and monkey statues abound in this latest installment!

I'm actually pretty happy with how this one turned out. Beginning's a little awkward, but they always are. The ending actually works.

Yep, here we have another, unexpected addition. Mainly comprised of a bunch of things that I'd meant to include in the third one but forgot about. There   more...are also some new batches, though, and even one or two things based on the upcoming third book!

It's not my greatest, but it has a few moments that I'm pleased with. As usual, I did not make this all by myself--multiple things were pointed out to me. If yours wasn't included, it either means that I turned it down or that it will show up in a future thing. And no, Iroh's apron is NOT in here.

You're probably reading this during the overlong opening right now, and I apologize, but it just didn't sit quite right in any other way....and I didn't fancy shuffling titles and sound bytes around. If you're reading this before watching, well, you're warned, and if you read this afterwards, then you know what I'm talking about.

Only a month and five days until the book airs!

This is also a piece of advice--you might want to start re-watching the episodes this Saturday. If you watch one episode a night, but each two-part episode in one night as well, then you'll be set up perfectly. I think. My count might be off, but basically, just start re-watching soon!

I can't believe that no one else has used this song for a video! But this was fun, very fun, to make.

How do we know who loves who? Because of what we see here. Iroh and Toph (the two BFFs who get by   more...without being shipped) lead this musical number of epic win. I don't know if the video does it justice, but I tried.

Jin had to lend a hand with a few of her moments. Not exactly love, but definitely very, very romantic. Worth comparing to the other relationships.

Done because the song rules. And Enchanted rules. And I was thinking of how to make a vid to the song while watching the movie. I also had to give Suki some loving, what with her in prison and all.

Okay, after listening to this song once or twice, I had to make a vid to it.

I decided on several ships; it was divided into three parts. Kataang, Sukka, and Maizu.

There's not much else to say on this,   more...really, except that I managed to pull off another vid with Maizu. Though I left out some Zu....but it's four in the morning, please forgive me, I may reupload this later. It's not my best, but it's still something that I'm really happy with.

I considered using fanart first, but something else came up, and plans changed. So...enjoy all-show shots!

Houki Boshi = comet.

In my opinion, this is one of my best vids ever. The song...is probably my favorite song of the year. Seriously. I've listened to it all day today while making the vid and several   more...times through, and I haven't gotten tired of it. Some of you may recognize it as the third ending theme for Bleach; a lot of my inspiration came from those endings. Along with my obsession with the song.

Plenty of effects and clips in this one. There are subtle stories in each, too--and keep an eye on the lighting of each verse. ;-)

This was mapped out earlier...certain segments were formed before I actually went all-out on the video...thus, I included Azula. And Zuko's not part of the Gaang. FYI, I won't include him as such until he actually joins. He's off to join the Avatar; last time, he was off to capture the Avatar. We all know how that went.

Finally, after who knows how long (a month and a half, actually), I have FINALLY made another music video! And it includes clips from 314 and 315 (a lot of them, actually).

I've been waiting to make this   more...AMV for months now. I believe I first heard it in January when Wishsong214 suggested I make it once we had Sokka rescuing Suki...after listening to the song/watching it over and over again in a Final Fantasy AMV on YouTube, I had an idea of what I wanted to do with it. I had planned it out even before I knew what clips I would be using. Naturally, the clips I got were completely different from what I was expecting, and as a result, the video turned out VERY different from my original concept. One of the big changes was the exchange of the Maiko and Sukka verses; I'd originally intended for there to only be a bare focus on Mai and Zuko, but Wishsong214 convinced me to give Mai the first verse, and I think it turned out really well. Katara gave me a lot of difficulty, but I'm satisfied with the result...and Suki's bit was not quite what I wanted, ultimately, but I'm pleased. ALL of the refrains make me very, very happy, though.

I drew heavily on influence from the original AMV I got hooked on--if you look this song up on YouTube, the vid should be the first one you see. It's a REALLY good vid, and I couldn't help borrowing some elements. But I still retained enough originality with this one, I think. I also tried something of a new style with the clips, aiming more for metaphors than the literal interpretations. It all makes sense in my head, and I hope it works for the viewers.

Please refrain from comments that contain spoilers for the series finale!

So after I saw the Boiling Rock....thing, TRAILER!! ^^; I kinda thought of this song, but me being the impatient person I am said <i>"Screw waiting for boiling rock, make vid. now!" </i> yes I know britney spears ;;__;; what is wrong with me...but It's catchy and I had a stupid nub on my shoulder telling me I; <i>"Make a vid to this song!!!"</i>

well that nub dispersed and here we are ^^, it was pretty difficult trying to match clips and try to be on the DL with the Suki and Azula clips. BUt I think I did a...eh...a good job... I actually worked non-stop from last night to today night ^^ well with about a 10 hour or so break ^^;
