Communists are no better than all those other totalitarian oppressor in human history; what they call "equality", the promise of equal rights and freedom, only leads to equal misery and serfdom, the abolishment of freedom, the abolishment of dignity, and their "economical reforms", advertised as the road to social welfare and prosperity, increase poverty, ruin the economy, render the chains of serfdom heavier by making the people more dependent, and eventually cause mass starvation and shortages, communism, toward which all socialism tends, is the negation of civilization; a straight road to tyranny and hell!

The goal of "Asche-Deutschland-1945" is to unbury the horrors endured by the german population in the hands of the allied nations (USA, UK, and the Soviet Russia).

The city of Dresden was one of the many victims of the allied strategy of terror bombing. The firestorm produced by the bombs almost completely destroyed the city and caused an estimated 135 000 deaths.

The Commies are Coming, the Commies are Coming (1962) (also known as Red Nightmare and Freedom and You) is a Cold War-era drama, short subject film, starring Jack Kelly, and Jeanne Cooper. The film is   more...a grim reminder to Americans not to take their freedom for granted. It was directed by George Waggner. The film was among those films released at the height of the Cold War, including On the Beach (1959), Atomic War Bride (1960), and Panic in Year Zero (1962).

A man takes his American freedoms for granted, until he wakes up one morning to find out that the United States government has been replaced with a Communist system. (Fortunately he is only dreaming.) The basis for this short film, narrated by Jack Webb, is the alleged Soviet recreation of US communities for the purpose of training infiltrators, spies, and moles.

The production of the film is quite similar to episodes of The Twilight Zone which was a popular television series at that time (1962). It was made by Warner Brothers under the auspices of the Department of Defense "Directorate of Armed Forces Information and Education" (commonly referred to as 'Army Training Films').

Contributors to the film include Rachel Whiteread, film director Michael Radford (who directed the 1984 film version of the book), Terry Waite (discussing the power of the interrogation used in Room 101), John Hurt (who starred as Winston in Radford's film), David Taylor (author of an exciting new biography of Orwell), Tony Benn and Margaret Atwood.  less
