A hike through snowy mountain woods, from Plaine Joux ski station to Lac Vert (Green Lake) and then on to Le Chàtelet (I'm not sure exactly, but it's something like "the house" probable   more...a mountain house) a restaurant isolated high up in the mountain and only accessible by walking, a snowmobile or possibly a heavy duty 4X4. During the hike I take numerous looks at the Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in Europe at 4.800 meters.

I arrive at Rudyard Lake, take a stroll around and get some good footage of a classic Morgan car. There was a queue for the boat ride but when I returned 30 minutes later I managed to steal the last seat   more...on the boat.  less
