The guy in the video is Dumbass Dave aka jdplvy07 on LV. Dave is known on many internet message boards for his vulgar,racist, sexist, and homophobic language, empty threats of violence, misspelled words,   more...ALL CAPS, spamming and stalking. Dave tends to repeat himself when he talks as well as when he posts. It has been suggested that Dave may suffer from a condition called Aperger Syndrome (google Asperger for more info) and that Dave has the mental capacity of a 9-year-old.
