Preachers these days that are literally "Selling Christ".
What television has exposed at the root of our society,   more...and especially in
the American Church, is paganism personified in the televangelists.

The same thing happened in the 1500s in Europe with a different
Technology, the printing press! A grotesque form of paganism in the
Roman Catholic Church was revealed by the new technology,
and it led to the Reformation.

Jakes and Osteen don't do it like Paul mentioned he did in
2 Corinthians 2:17. Jakes and Osteen are the peddlers!

If you ever doubted the money-grubbing at the bottom the Word Faith

this video report from MSNBC below ought to open your eyes. In it you
will literally hear Oneness Pentecostal heretic and Word Faith mogul
T.D. Jakes himself say:

I think Jesus is the product... He is what we bring to the table.
We’re also told that in addition to being a “Pastor” Jakes is “also CEO
of a multimedia business empire all based on Christianity; a product,
Which according to Jakes, almost sells itself:

When the product is excellent it doesn’t require a big sales pitch.
One analyst quoted within brings out an interesting point in regard to
The $new evangelicals$ in the other pillars Ecumenical Church of Deceit
Who are now so ready to adopt as their own these purveyors of Word Faith
Busy fleecing the flocks when she says:

The first evangelicals in the nineteenth century were often sales people,
People who understood a customer; knew how to sell a product... There’s
Always been this kind of interesting connection between marketing and
Evangelicalism.
And of course there’s Joel Osteen, with many rea$on$ to make him smile,

Joel Osteen does not know the Gospel. He is a self esteem preacher.
Total victory over sin and death are already won by Christ.
Most Christians in the world are persecuted and suffer for Christ.
Most over history have been poor and outcasts. Christ's death is
meaningless if you do not deal with sin that condemns you.
What I'm saying simply is that he is not preaching the gospel. I don't
care how many audiences he got, if he preaching a different gospel, the
more people he influences the worse it is. Just look at the path of the
Prosperity preachers, most of them have struggle with sexual
Immorality, fraud, making prophecies that didn't come true etc.
It's either crazy Pat Robertson, Fat John Hagee or some other Cash
Cult lunatic spewing their get-rich-quick, nuke-the-third-world,
Buy-me-Another-Mansion lunacy.....What a freak show of Extremists!
Christ forgives your sins so we can reach out with love as a servant and
wash the feet of those who are cast aside by society this guy sounds
like the Anthony Robbins of Christianity If you claim to be a follower of
Christ that makes you a servant and not self-serving.  less
