(you need an outrunner motor with a hollow shatf) that has a conrtol rod
runing through it so you can control the prop:P
  more...The blade on the prop change pitch while the prop spins at constant
speed... instead of being something like 10x4, they change to 10x-4.
The negitive pitch produces thrust the oposite direction.
i.e. 4D - mean's the plane is capable of flying backwards :)
Lol..ok it's called 4D not because it travels through time (obviously) but
becasue it is able to stand still in mid air...giving the apperance of time
