MICHIO KAKU (City University of New York): That there could be an infinite number of universes each with a different law of physics. Our Universe could be just one bubble floating in an ocean of other bubbles.

NARRATOR: Everything you are about to hear is true, at least in this Universe it is. For almost a hundred years science has been haunted by a dark secret: that there might be mysterious hidden worlds beyond our human senses. Mystics had long claimed there were such places. They were, they said, full of ghosts and spirits. The last thing science wanted was to be associated with such superstition, but ever since the 1920s physicists have been trying to make sense of an uncomfortable discovery. When they tried to pinpoint the exact location of atomic particles like electrons they found it was utterly impossible. They had no single location.

This is a music video slideshow I put together of a recent trip to Sedona with my brother.

Settled by the Apache and Yavapai in the 1400s, certain rock formations in Sedona were considered to be sacred   more...sites of healing and vision quest. When the white man homesteaded in, they focused on mining and fruit orchard harvesting.

In 1923, a Zane Grey novel was shot as a movie of the same name, Call of the Canyon. What followed were countless other movies shot in the Sedona making up much of the famed Golden Age of Westerns, including Pony Soldier Road, Last Wagon Drive, and Johnny Guitar.

Sedona is also known as a “vortex area” by such folks as New Agers, psychics, and shamen, sporting several formations, valleys and canyons where the energy in the air is intense, and the veil between the dimensions are seem to feel much thinner than usual. Many have had odd and paranormal experiences hiking the diverse terrains, including UFO sightings.
