My new kitten Oscar makes his LiveVideo debut. Hopefully I'll get some better footage of him, but I at least wanted to show you guys how cute he is. =)

I wrote a poem for my senior research project

I told Daniel today that I needed to clean the fish, I then went upstairs to put Matthew down for a nap, Daniel literally cleaned the fish, needless to say I need to watch what I say to Daniel and we   more...needed to go buy a new fish.  less

Well here it is Zack, Daniels pet fish and our wonderful fish bowl, after watching the movie Shark Tales 200 times Daniel wanted his own Oscar so of course we got him one.

Something Very Special brought old Hollywood to my mind and who better to depict old Hollywood than Katharine Hepburn. With a career that spanned 73 years, she holds the record for the most Best Actress   more...Oscar wins having taken home the statue four times in 12 nominations. The American Film Institute ranked her as the greatest film star in the history of American cinema in 1999. Katharine Houghton Hepburn died of natural causes on June 19, 2003, at 96 years of age.

Ryan,   more...directed by Chris Landreth, is an animated tribute to Canadian animator Ryan Larkin. Thirty years ago, at the National Film Board of Canada, Ryan produced some of the most influential animated films of his time.

In Ryan we hear the voice of Ryan Larkin and people who have known him, but these voices speak through strange, twisted, broken and disembodied 3D generated characters... people whose appearances are bizarre, humorous or disturbing. Although incredibly realistic and detailed, Ryan was created and animated without the use of live action footage, rotoscoping or motion capture...but instead from an original, personal, hand animated three-dimensional world which Chris calls 'psychological realism'.
