The only thing you can really see is the dude's helmet flipping over the truck and bouncing down the street. From that though, I'm guessing this hurt a fair bit.

This is why bikers should all have James Bond motorcycles with chainsaws and missiles on them.

The biker looked like he was about to win the race until some dumbass photographer got in his way.
