wet wedding

I hired a motorcycle for 2 days while on "business" in New Zealand. I hope this series captures the beauty of the scenery adequately.Some of the audio is a bit poor because I didn't realise   more...until finished that there was no padding on my mic.  less

It's more of New Zealand. The Christchurch Kiwibiker Adventure crew go on a Dual Sport adventure which turns out to be very slippery and better suited to trail bikes.
We started on public roads and finished   more...on private land for a small pre arranged fee. I'm glad I was riding my CRF230 (trailered it to the end of the tarmac). Others road in from Christchurch on F650 Dakar, F650 Funduro, a DR650, a XR650, TTR250, CRM250, WR and some others including our English friend the Tourist on the Africa Twin 750 who did real well considering he had very road bias tires.  less

DDR Wedding

It's finally happened....son was married on Friday. :-)

Antarctic waters. Two ships collide. One is from Japan and is whaling when supposedly on a research mission. The other is a conservationist ship out of New Zealand that will not let the japanese poach   more...whales in these waters under the pretence of research  less

More pictures I have taken of some of the South Island New Zealand.

This is up to Lang's Beach & a bit of the way back. Camera battery died (Mercifully, as you'll see). I was unable to do any ADR (over dubbing) due to....um....laziness, so some of the audio is, how   more...shall we say it.....crap.

New Zealand is a place I can highly recommend for a holiday. The people are nice (just ask Zeocen) the scenery is spectacular, the sheep are the prettiest I've ever seen, and the towns are the hardest to pronounce anywhere I've been.

All in all, a fantastic spot. I can't wait to do some more riding there, this time, hopefully with Zeo.  less
