So, this is probably my new record for "fastest song to be used in a muic vid after I first heard it." The reason being that I had   more...the sudden urge to make a Maiko AMV, so, rather than listening to a song and getting the inspiration, I hunted straight for it myself. The result was a song that I'd never heard before but that applied not only to Maiko, but also to Iroh and Ursa's relationships with Zuko.

It was much better in my head....

I listened to it for the first time yesterday....not even thirty hours ago, actually. It took me about eight hours to make this thing--Windows Movie Maker is back to its old crashing habits, but I got through decently. A little more effects-using than the Kataang vid I made recently, but I still think it fits the "defining" trait.

The Mai section was the hardest to make, but it was fun. I played around some....the Iroh section pretty much wrote itself, but unfortunately made for something of a lack of Iroh....and the Ursa section, well, it's something of a blend. A final verse....

Just enjoy. :)

I enjoyed making. Thank goodness for Simba/Nala AMVs! Their theme is similar enough to Maiko that the songs line up...SO....yeah.

This is the second Backstreet Boys song that I've ever learned to identify as one of their songs. I'm not a usual listener. XD

The fight is not over, until there is someone suffering from the epidemic of the HIV/AIDS virus.. I would like to hsare this video for those people who needs a wake up call... There are still thousands   more...of people get infected by the virus every day around the world. To friends and colleague who died from the epidemic, I will not stop fighting until there is a cure... Last night, I cried and cried while I was at work, a patient/friend of mine died in my arms while he took his last breath from PCP (Pneumocystis Carinii Pneumonia) one of the complication of AIDS virus. I would like to tell anyone who is reading this description to volunteer your free time to any hiv related causes....

This video started out as a simple little "let's show this guy's story" kinda piece and turned into a scathing expose of what people can expect from government endorsed relief efforts in time   more...of crisis. Arrested for art, threatened with arrest for helping people, spending all your own money to help others because Red Cross was Not Allowed, lying to retain rights that are inalienable to Free People, government corruption and inexplainable lack of competence from those who are suppose to be helping the survivors.

Please stop giving your "cash contributions" to organizations that will waste your money. Donate to grass roots relief efforts where the money will be used to help people.

This morning I took a closer look at Ubuntu 7.04 on the desktop and it looks VERY promising. I LOVE the "Desktop Effects"!
I really don't want to move from XP to Vista, so I'll probably move   more...to Ubuntu once I get my remote access to work functioning, and do a little testing with file compatibilities, video and Windows emulation/compatibility  less
