Dedicated in memory to my late husband I lost suddenly 8 years ago as of Sept 18th, 1999... Who loved to dance to the music like in the movie "Dirty Dancing" and where the fun filled memories came from... We had a lot of fun times together :0)

Life

Life is change,
Change is the movement of time,
It's the flow of life
That keeps moving,
Like a river with no beginning and   more...no end.

People are born
At the edge of the river,
Their tiny hands pulling fish from the stream,
Their face a reflection of hope
As they follow the sun.

Through the years,
The river's forgotten,
As they wander through childhood,
Collecting rocks, flowers,
And friends that run with them through the wind.

As parents stand by and watch,
The young exploring the world for the first time,
At first from a distance
Guided by others,
And then suddenly standing on the path alone.

All the while,
Pulling knowledge from the earth
As the seasons keep pushing,
Preparing them for this day,
When from seed to tree, their destiny becomes their own.

As mind and body
Pulls childhood treasures from pockets,
Replacing them with wisdom,
And leading them back to the river,
Back to the memories they call home.  less

Hi Guys, Just a video showing what I do for my job! I'm a Stampin' Up Independent Demonstrator giving workshops, classes, demos and take private orders for cards and 3D projects etc and sell my creations   more...at fairs, markets and on the net. I love this and it's my passion. Always buying new 'tools' of the trade. Love paper, ribbon, stamps, embellishments, being creative lol! I'll stop raving on but I just love what I do. So this is the reason why I'm not on as much as I like. I have a class soon and theres lots of prep work so I try my hardest to log on and say G'DAY! Hearts On Fire

Hot blood comes coarsing, fast, through my veins
"Hold on tight boy, hold onto the reins."
Yesterday's burn remembers the unbargained wager
Hot dice rolled,   more...eyes closed, an imminent danger
Yet, searing blazes ignite, ourselves aglow with fire
As a tendered heart knows of love's ending pyre.
How far must we keep from the inferno of the heat,
To a cost of smoldering embers, our souls never to meet.


Two (To) A Bed

We sleep two (to)
a bed
touching only words
left unsaid
On scortched sheets faded,
from view
amongst no light, color, or hue.

Windswept dreams blown over
passion
winter's cold season
faintly in fashion.
I finally awake
to a textile embrace,
at love's hidden memory
leaving no trace.

SHE IN SIX LINES

And, her vissage with strands of undulating curls, culminating in
golden fire, cooled only by her white smile.

From amidst a vestal’s heart, uniformly consecrated by beams of
Her returning, unending grace.

She walks in steps hinted by fragrence of patchouli, faint clues
To indelible vestiges of her man’s heart.

Her sweet angel’s breath, speaks to the flowers of the field in
Gentle tunes, to the light amusement of time.

A spark of her own, pursued and somehow found, careens throughout
Worlds in unending lifespan, time curving inward, unto a lover’s equinox.

And yet, ashes rain fron an ascending phoenix, riding upon
The sweet edges of a crest, emanating only…from her love, and...  less
