Canyon fly bys of me and my buddies. Uploaded for their viewing, but you can watch if you want... I wasn't wearing much protection, and I had a few screws missing, so I took it easy.

My first custom muffler for my scooter.It was an aluminum baseball bat i purchased from wally World.It has been reworked.

Got Loud Exhaust?

Some one wanted to know how it sounds to observer on the street.Good question.I wanted to know myself.Not overly loud but has presence.A low pitched sound

I'm not a mechanic, but through careful experimentation, and reading articles, I've learned a few things about intake/exhaust setups, and just how well certain changes affect your motor.

Made my own muffler.Some pics and vid.Its quieter then I expected,but lots of fun.

Sorry to keep you all waiting, I know it's been a long time but I didn't get the bike back home until yesterday so today was the first opportunity I've had to fit the exhaust. But the day finally arrived   more...so I hope you enjoy the video as it's taken me all day to fit it due to obstacles and the weather.  less

Had the bike on the dyno.The exhaust is real quiet.You can hear this on the vid.power was 65.0 HP and 44.6 ft-lbs torque.This was the screen rating.They had a turbo drum on the dyno and rated it 10% more.Don't   more...know about all that,but it was fun.  less

That´s a corner near to my house on a highway return! It was one of my scariest corner ever, luckly my friend had the camera at that moment! hehehehe

I really didn't think my baffles would be going anywhere but resealing my header/collector gaskets so they were air tight put paid to that.
