This should be titled Random Moment #3,847,413.

Jacob was a little chatterbox when he woke from his nap. I recorded this, just so we'd have a small reminder of how he talked at this age on a day to day basis.

The title is actually self-explanatory. Sloane telling me a story about a verbal exchange with Jake in the car evolved into this goofy moment, which just got goofier and goofier . . .

He pedaled his bike, so Grandma wanted to see if he'd pedal another bike. Nope. He decided to be a bit silly instead.

Jacob pedals his bike really for the first time. Okay, it's not his first steps, but he's been 'Fred Flintstone'-ing it for years now.

A ride in a Jacob-sized train in Eau Claire, WI. Fun, but Jacob wanted to go back on the train for days after we left! (Sorry, you only see the back of Jake's head!)

It was scary enough when he first tried this. Scary now is that he can climb up all by himself. He likes the slide too, since it's pretty fast.

Top Hat is my alter ego rabbit. He's retired from vaudeville, where he was a magician's rabbit. I guess I need a character to make the puppet work. Anyway, Top Hat visited Jacob, Sloane, and I as we   more...ate one night.  less
