One of my friends decided to try fighting MMA, so he signed up for a KTK fight that took place here at Stevens Point, hosted by the Country Springs hotel. He was put against a more experienced fighter   more...with a record of 2-1. Before the fight the referee told the fighters that there would be no knees while on the ground; however, the other fighter gets away with 4 of them with the referee watching.

Even though he lost, my friend plans to fight in more KTK matches in the future. My friend has some experience in Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kick Boxing, and Judo.
