Fátima is one of the most important places of pilgrimage for the Roman Catholic faith community.

Maria appeared for the first time to three little shepherd children on May 13th, 1917. They received   more...the order to assemble the next months respectively, on the same day, at this place. Lucia received the three secrets of Fátima from Maria. Two of the children, Jacinta and Francisco, died shortly after the appearance. Lucia de Jesus Santos Died on February 13, 2005. My Mom was an extraordinary woman who survived so many struggles and obstacles that would have derailed anyone else. She had to deal with psoriasis and other health complications and still had time for   more...everyone. I love you Mom.  less
