America needs more true voices from the inside. The whole country
needs updated   more...laws. These are new times people are starting to see the
ignorance and hypocrisy of the old laws.
Berry Cooper speaks the truth to the core on this! The judicial system in
our country is only interested in money from fines they can impose on
people for such BULLSHIT offences. In Kentucky you don't have to
wear a helmet to operate a motorcycle, but going without a seatbelt is a
$75 fine! Makes a LOT of f'g sense right?
Even innocent people go to jail!
Our country has a history of aggressively pursuing and placing more...
innocent people in jail and considering them criminals because they
broke a current law that was later proven to be unjustified. For example,
it use to be against the law for a slave to escape and the punishment
was extremely harsh. In 1955 Rosa Parks was arrested for refusing to
sit in the back of a bus. Only 70 years ago, a citizen was considered a
criminal if he/she possessed an alcoholic beverage (alcohol prohibition
1920-1933) and would be placed in jail. Our country use to deny women
the right to vote. Fortunately, America decided to change these laws
and stop classifying those who broke them as criminals.

The docile marijuana users of this nations are not criminals either just
as those mentioned above were not criminals. Unfortunately 750,000
citizens are jailed each year for violating unjustified marijuana laws. This
could happen to you and if it does, you will have to spend time in jail
with violent criminals, pay a large bond and hire a lawyer hoping you are
not sentenced to a lengthy prison term. Many people will consider you a
criminal which is very embarrassing and can be very damaging to your
reputation. All of this can be avoided by knowing your rights, avoiding
suspicious activities and understanding how the police think. "There's

Key Witness to WTC 7 Explosions Dead at 53
Emergency coordinator for the New York Housing Authority, and key 9/11 eyewitness, Barry Jennings has passed away with controversy   more... more...about WTC7 still hot as the BBC hit piece and NIST report have been released to counter Jennings exclusive testimony of explosions inside Building 7. Jennings passed away at age 53 from circumstances not yet disclosed.
A spokesperson for the Housing Authority has now confirmed his death, after weeks of rumors circulating online, but refused to give any further details. Several other individuals at the Housing Authority also confirmed that they knew Barry Jennings, and that indeed he had passed away about a month ago. No other details were available.
No one has yet been able to contact anyone in the Jennings family and the official cause of death is not yet known, but online comments have reported the date of death as August 19, 2008.
It is very unusual that a prominent — and controversial 9/11 witness would die only days before the release of NISTs report on WTC7 and shortly after a firestorm erupted over his testimony that he heard explosions inside the building prior to collapse of either tower and that there were dead bodies in the buildings blown-out lobby.
The BBC aired The Third Tower in July in attempt to debunk Barry Jennings account which is both contradictory and damaging to the official 9/11 story by making issue over whether or not he said he saw dead bodies in the lobby.
Yet Jennings own statement in an exclusive interview with Dylan Avery and Jason Bermas which has not been denied was: The fire fighter who took us down kept saying, Don’t look down. And I said, Why. And we were stepping over people you know, you can feel when you’re stepping over people.
Now the release of Jason Bermas Fabled Enemies is giving further exposure to Jennings controversial account. The film features a full interview with Barry Jennings, as well as the statements he and Michael Hess, who was also trapped with him inside WTC7, made to news media on the day of the attacks.
Barry Jennings reiterated in the exclusive interview his confusion over the explanation for WTC7s collapse given that he clearly heard explosions inside the building.
That interview was not released until June 2008 at the request of Mr. Jennings, who had received numerous threats to his job and asked that it be left out of Loose Change: Final Cut because of those threats.
Jennings statements have lit fire to questions about what really caused the sudden collapse of WTC7 just as NIST had hoped the release of their report would quash widespread beliefs that the building was brought down by controlled demolition.
News of Jennings death comes on the heels of losing another 9/11 hero and eyewitness Kenny Johannemann, who reportedly committed suicide 12 days before the seventh anniversary of 9/11. Johannemann is credited with saving at least one mans life on 9/11 and was also a witness to explosions in the towers.
NISTs report, as well as that of the 9/11 Commission (which did not even mention WTC7), completely ignored statements from the building leaseholder Larry Silverstein as well as numerous police, fire fighters and other eyewitnesses who have testified that they were warned about the buildings collapse and told to get back. One rescue worker even heard a countdown for the buildings implosion.
The truth about WTC7 will come out, and Barry Jennings testimony will not be in vain.

Q: What brought that about?

A: I had a hernia that required surgery. After surgery, the doctor put me
on Percocet, an opium derivative, as a painkiller. The Percocet caused
serious constipation; after three days I had to be brought back to the
hospital ER for abdominal pain. The attending physician had me x-rayed,
and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Much to my
embarrassment, I had to be given an enema.

Also, I learned to smoke in the right "set and setting." Instead of
smoking in an urgent rush to increase the effects of alcohol and "have
fun," the way I had as a teenager, I learned to smoke leisurely and
contemplate life while high. Oddly enough, I credit marijuana with
bringing my brother and me closer. I began smoking with him (which I
never did before), and we worked out all of our childhood differences. To
this day, we are the best of friends and smoke together when we can.

Q: Any further digestion problems?
A: Only when I stopped smoking marijuana for more than six or seven
months straight. I have never had any constipation, diarrhea, or
heartburn during periods when I was smoking regularly, even a small hit
once or twice a week. Ironically, marijuana enabled me to clean out my
medicine cabinet. The only over-the-counter medication I keep is aspirin.
Q: What else has it helped you with, medically?
A: Back to my overworked nervous system. Marijuana has been a
godsend for helping me control my temper. The past six years I've been
teaching fifth- and sixth-grades in low-income schools. Talk about
stress. In case you are unaware, discipline in schools isn't what it used
to be. The kids cuss at teachers, threaten them, throw chairs, etc. You
send them to the Disciplinarian; the disciplinarian sends them back in
ten minutes with cookies in their hands. The teacher has to put up with
more abuse.
A few times, during my first year of teaching while completely
abstaining from marijuana, I almost lost it. When the kids would get
violent and threatening, I almost responded with violence, but limited
myself to yelling. It seems my abusive father's temper has been passed
on to me. I went back to marijuana, and it has helped my temper
immeasurably. My only outbursts have been during long periods of
marijuana abstinence. I learned my lesson: always keep just enough
pot in my system (two to three bowls a week) to keep me mellow. I
think the government should give all middle school teachers a weekly
supply.
