So here is my first Mugen tutorial and I figured I'd touch on a subject that I haven't seen anyone touch on before. How to change the   more...sounds for characters and such. This also works with system sounds. To find those just go into the data folder and select the system.snd file. Hope this video helps you out, and feel free to comment and leave questions.
