Anyways....do you ever feel guilty when your spouse is cleaning the house...while you are just playin your new fretless jazz bass...and   more...having fun on Live Video? Well, that was the point of this song; this song is not dedicated to all the hard working folks out there that clean the house, but to those IN the house that feel guilty about it, while they sit peacefully in the back yard....with their new fretless, Fender jazz bass. A tribute to my inspiration....rip MJ

This is a little peek behind the scenes in the studio working on this song for the video Zack is putting together to benefit cancer research. Zack and I have never met although some day we might. I sent   more...him a basic (tightly timed) "bed-track" and he recorded and sent me back seperate vocal and guitar lines. Now the song can be re-assembled, using these tightly syncronised tracks and will turn out much better. Stay tuned for more progress.  less

Using a pick on bass isn't what I usually do, but it was the best sound for this song. It's not all picked bass though. There's some finger playing later in the song.
