Johnny Maximum squares off against four of the most famous characters from the King of Fighters series: Kyo Kusanagi (Beppu), Iori Yagami (Beppu), Krizalid (Nyankoro), and God Rugal (@ndroide).

Kyo XI and Iori XI by Beppu are deadly opponents. They counter your attacks a lot. You're usually forced to play opportunistically against these guys.

Krizalid by Nyankoro is no pushover either. He is not the final boss of KOF'98 for no reason. His Typhoon Rage kick knocks you out of many attacks.

Finally, there is God Rugal by @ndroide. He is a very powerful opponent. This is the CvS version, so he even has a Shun Goku Satsu. His other deadly super is his G-Ender, which deals 80% or more damage.

My character is Jigglypuff, made by Willoughby Jackson.   more...I updated Jigglypuff's KO sound to that it makes from Super Smash Bros. Melee. Jigglypuff kicked ass in SSBM, and it kicks serious ass as a MUGEN fighter!

Wolverine 71113 is by far the absolute toughest non-cheap character fight I've ever had! Damn his constant aerial lead-ins. Damn his unforgiving combos once he is able to get a hit on you. Once he has super energy, watch your health quickly drain away.

In my opinion, AI's should not be made like this. You should not have to exploit AI loopholes in order to beat it. I guess some creators just want to make their favorite characters unbeatable or unrealistically difficult.

Whatever the case, I finally figured out this raging beast. Many thanks go to Ph4rcyde for suggesting tactics and bringing to light the Wolverine 71113 AI loopholes.

Yes, Kikyo's back for more action against JudgeSpear's Team Raiden Fighters. Unfortunately, I couldn't find Ryouwin's Amingo and Beppu's Iori.

Amingo (Beximus) - He's a good challenge. Now with Kikyo's   more...improved Counterattack, this fight was mostly a hit and run when Amingo gets close. (come to think of it, when is Kikyo NOT a hit & run fighter?)

Johnny Maximum - First an undead priestess fights a fat italian plumber, now a football player? He wasn't too hard.

Iori Yagami - Once he gets close, he's pretty brutal. Kikyo's Counterattack doesn't do anything to him. Projectile spam was the way to go.

Homer - WOOHOO! A rematch, this time against JS's Homer. His AI difficulty is pretty much the same as the Brutal AI for Warner's Homer, since he always manages to win at least one round whenever I fight him with Kikyo. I'm kinda glad he did win, because now I get to wet my pants watching Homer dance to the BGM.

KF 2006 intro

Tracking down a rebuilt Mech Hisui to a bizzare factory, the Cheap Hunter Brigade quickly mobilizes to storm the place. And with Moorhunn on vacation, Frostman's recruited Dr. Robotnik, and his Stupid   more...Little Drill Tank (by NeoKamek) to help take down cheapies!

But this factory is run by Evil Ken, the final remaining member of the Reu trio, and backed by fellow cheapies, he's ready to avenge his brothers. In addition.. This factory appears to be manufacturing the Reubenkee virus... Can the Cheap Hunter Brigade stop them before it's too late?

This time, you guys get a 2x match.. The first one starring MM Zelda, SLDT, and OTW.. While the 2nd one demonstrates just how cheap Frostman can be.

Episode 2 victims

Mech Hisui (Ex-Inferis): Low tier cheapie, as I've said before. Projectile spammer, hypers that do massive chip damage, and invinciblity frames out the ass. Plus, her voice is grating... Unfortunately for her, the projectiles sail right over MMZ's head.

Marvin the Martian (DDR): Cheap, cheap, cheap. You've seen that 468 combo he pulled in one of JS's vids, and we all know that he spams everything in his book, from space modulators to disintegration beams. He can cancel from one hyper to the next, and just won't stop.. Not to mention the striker spamming he pulls.

The Flash (Erradicator, MGbenz's AI patch.): We have a spam whore here, people.. Invincibilty frames in his dashing, and he'll now spam his devastating attacks. FLASHING BLADE, FLASHING BLADE, FLASHING BLADE!

Evil Ken (Reubenkee): The cheapest of Reu's trio. Invincibilty frames, juggle points, overpowered attacks, flashy combowhoring.. Oh, you know all about him by now.

Part 3 victims:

Updated Popeye (DDR): Ugh. His new AI upgrade exploits the horrid CLSN boxes, which mean that he can hit air, and still do damage. Also spams his many strikers.

Iori Yagami (Ihoo's version): Ok, despite the many fanboys who will argue this one, Ihoo's Iori is a cheesehead. The ability to use supers without enough energy for it and infinite priority attacks are just some of the cheesy factors about him. Seriously, just use Beppu's Iori, people. Same character, same difficult AI, and 100% less cheesy.

Captain Caveman (DDR): Probably the cheapest of DDR's characters. Melee attack spammer, and he's got his own strikers to use. Horrid CLSN boxes give him ridiculous range, and as someone once said... A combo of Storm and Sentinel in range, with none of Juggernaut's speed issues.

Nega Peach (XCB): Oh, how I hate her. One of the worst voices in MUGEN, hands down. She spams her overpowered attacks, such as undodgable tornadoes, lightning fields, and so on.. A highly painful AI makes her a bitch to fight.  less

God Rugal: this guy is one tough customer. it's hard to get in some supers dued to the cause he steals super energy from you. I usely just use my hard kick and drill claw   more...and some supers if I can get enough without him stealing it all.  less

Funnily enough, the 'compressed' version has a slightly better visual quiality than the uncompressed one. :P Also, I can't beleive who I lose to, and how. Grudge match at the end.

About this character... This was the first KOF character I downloaded and was I in for a surprise...

He has infinite priority and really overpowered moves.   more...Not only that his moves are overpowered, they also seem to do a fixed amount of damage. You can see how overpowered his attacks are in round 3. This Iori has 4 levels of AI. His level 3 AI is on by default so I fought him on that level. Even on this level he can counter perfectly. He basicly traps you in a corner and uses his damn priority to win. I hate characters like these. Good thing Shinobi_X has moves that can get him out of a corner. In round 3 I thought I was going to lose for sure...  less

After some thinking, I decided to use Yuyuko&Youmu again.

This would be my... second(?!) time fighting Beppu's KyoXI and IoriXI or Team ReturnFromTheGrave.

Their AI's are both tough and cheesy. They   more...are not too bad, BUT what ever happens DO NOT let them knock you to the ground. If they do, they will spam the SAME attack over and over. This one attack has infinite priority and they can score a perfect on you with this ONE MOVE. That's my only problem I have with their AIs. It's so annoying.

Becasue of their priority, I needed to keep them as far away from me as possible. Letting them get close would result in death(which did happen).

Remember, this is a 1 on 2 fight.

this is a double match, one   more...against the normal forms against Homer and Iori and the 2ed, they go into their beer/blood of the rot moods.
for match modications, I had to increase Homer and Iori's defences to 150 inorder to make this a fair fight.  less

IMO, this Iori is quite in the same league as Don Drago's creations, but his AI is a little less effective, and he deals a lot more damage (just look at the amount of damage he deals with a DM/SDM).

Because of how the game mechanics in my match using Guile clashed in my favour I chose Another Iori who is KoF style, and I'm a little rusty with him. That way Homer has a chance. I'm hoping for some   more...tougher AI in the future as an option but AI isn't everything though as my team somewhat proves. ^_^;
