The brain is not the mind. The mind is not restricted to   more...the cranium but exists in every cell of your body. The heart is the center of the mind, where all the information of who we are is stored and encoded. The mind or memory in our cells can be changed. Habits and addictions can be deleted from your cellular memory. Thoughts that we dwell on are reinforced and become embedded deeply into the cellular memory. Things we do routinely get securely embedded. Our personality traits are all encoded into our cells. By changing our routines, thoughts, and actions we are changing our heart. We can actually reprogram our cellular memories, and thus orchestrate our own destinies.

at age 24 i survived a boating accident. this is a video of me looking back and hopefully it inspires others who are going through a difficult time now to realize eventually things get better.

Believe it, Achieve it! Going through bad times, I used to let it get me down, but then I decided, instead of believing I couldn't get through it...tell myself "my life is a gift, and I can live   more...it"...Life, Becuz I Can! It's what we make it, make the most.
