After watching alaskainmydreams and mango"s video's I thought about what i would change with myself, ive listed five just like they did but there is so many more, one major one is taking care of   more...myself, I think most all the other problems im having are due to exhaustion, physical and mental, maybe if I take better care of myself the others will fall into place...see just blogging about it helps you see things more clearly.  less
