1. Thomas' Driver Arguing with the Relief Fireman = MISTAKE: Messing up with the lines etc.
2. Thomas thanked Duck for taking care of his coaches = MISTAKE: Same to Outtake 1.
3. Harold was ready to take off! = MISTAKE: Until Little Miss Daredevil takes his controls and just flies off into Space!
4. The Fat Controller congraulates Annie and Clarabel = MISTAKE: However he turns himself into a You-Know-Who beings with an "H" from the Simpsons and is onto the Feud with the Director (Myself) again and this time, getting even worse!
5. Henry Feeling ill = MISTAKE: Messing up the lines.
