This is an Aang tribute, with some Kataang in it.

The song is "Hemorrhage (In My Hands)" by Fuel & basically details Aang's struggles with responsibility as the Avatar, the world's last hope   more...for peace.

The color hues are symbolic of when Aang goes into the Avatar State, a representation of his inexperience as an Avatar & having no idea what he's doing, thus his job can be quite chaotic.
