"Libre" (in English: "Freedom") was the third song ever written by Guatemalan singer / songwriter Shery. As she confess, it marked a turning point in her life. It's about the freedom   more...to truly be yourself and pursue your dreams without fear. In Shery's own words: "Before this song, I was obscured inside my shadows, on my way to live a frustrating life. But just after life forced me to write "Libre", something inside me changed forever, on a very deep level. "Me Converti en Roca" (In English: "I Became a Rock"), is an original song written by young Guatemalan singer / songwriter Shery, which is included in her debut album "El amor   more...es un fantasma". It's a song about love, but not normal love. It's about what happens when a broken, immense love hurts so much, that you can't even cry anymore, and your only choice is to stop feeling - and become a rock. In her own words: "Me Converti en Roca is quite an autobiographical song. It talks about me, about one of the deep, brutal feelings that propelled me out of my normal easy life and got me into the strange, obscure but marvelous world of music".
