Today's tale is a story about unconditional love. Maybe it sounds familiar. Maybe it sounds sinister, cruel and barbaric. It should. It is. Christians preach about God's unconditional love, but 'love   more...me or suffer the consequences' sounds suspiciously like a condition to me, and the consequences are no less cruel, no less barbaric.  less

The parable at the end is of course taken out of context, but isn't that how Christian preachers will make their points about God with their   more...scriptural one-liners?  less

School prayer is divisive, not inclusive. It discriminates against those who do not wish to partake. It is wrong. Here are a few reasons why.

Want to see the Ten Commandments on court buildings? Cast your vote... but beware of the consequences. As some people have pointed out, this kind of vote would not be allowed at the national level, but   more...at state level it certainly would. View it again from that perspective if you wish. While I don't expect this kind of vote to actually go to the people, perhaps the idea of it would be a useful tool for argument/debate. Next time someone demands the right to display the 10 Commandments, just ask them if they want the 'full package' as described here. If not, why not?  less

How any Christian can believe that senseless condemnation of the lifestyle choices of gay people can somehow be 'softened' by empty, meaningless 'compassion' for the person himself is nonsense. Separating   more...homosexual acts from homosexual people, by professing to hate the sin but not the sinner, is BULLSHIT. It is hypocrisy of the very worst kind.

If you don't respect what the person is or does, you do not respect the person. If you hate what gay people do in the privacy of their own homes, you are a bigot and a homophobe. And if Christianity hates homosexuality, I should have no reservation in saying that I return the sentiment: I hate Christianity.

In the true spirit of Biblical teaching, we should all hate Christianity... but not the Christians. Have no respect AT ALL for their opinions, which condemn homosexuals AND homosexuality with their weasel words. Even if it IS a choice, who are Christians to say that it is wrong?

Nick Gisburne has been banned... again. He was banned for posting a vid with quotes from the Koran. I suspect he may really have been banned for copyright infringement. But I suspect he may really really   more...have been banned because of the Koran quotes. That is, someone/ones that don't like him and his vids seems out to get him by reporting him up for "copyright infringement", a mere cover for their hatred of his views. Or at least, that's my theory.

Well, I was right; Nick was banned for copyright infringement. However, the other part of my chat- that this is unfair and uneven enforcement of rules, and we have to wonder at the reasons behind that uneven-handedness- is yet to be seen to be true or false.

To Christianity he is God. To Islam he is Allah. To both of these religions, God is all-loving, the father of mankind, the inspiration for good, for kindness and for peace. The point of the video is that even if none of the people are 'true' Christians (see my video for opinions on what that means), they have persecuted Jews IN THE NAME OF CHRISTIANITY. So my point is, religion is to blame. Whatever name you give it, people who take the Bible as their Holy Book did these things. And just because you think you're not part of the same religion (if you're a Christian YOU ARE!), doesn't mean that your denial of history, or denial that Catholics are Christian, makes Christianity any less responsible.

If you deny that Christians persecuted the Jews, you are the same kind of scum who denies the Holocaust happened. There really is no difference.
