Friday Kahlo was a brillant, courageous artist who lived a life of pain.....and whom so honestly and openingly shared that pain with the world. Today, her paintings are being used to help people suffering   more...with pain... so that they may learn how to get in touch with their thoughts and emotions.

I believe in the power of art therapy....... to learn to pull your mind away from the pain and distract it with whatever soothes you.... and to make the time to do this every day, for yourself.
