Fitness, rambling and lets start live video sticker frenzy. Where can you stick yours?

I posted this on the "other" site and kept meaning to get it posted here. I am a big fan of fitness and one night I decided to use my cardio routine as sort of a test run for using my camcorder   more...and firewire. (Yeah, before it was just my digicam and a media chip.) It worked out so I edited the footage and here's the result.

And yes... I need to work on my speedbag.
