Fitness, rambling and lets start live video sticker frenzy. Where can you stick yours?

I posted this on the "other" site and kept meaning to get it posted here. I am a big fan of fitness and one night I decided to use my cardio routine as sort of a test run for using my camcorder   more...and firewire. (Yeah, before it was just my digicam and a media chip.) It worked out so I edited the footage and here's the result.

And yes... I need to work on my speedbag.

Get out and walk... run... bike... MOVE! Even just 20 minutes of increased activity each day is so beneficial to your mind, body, and soul! :D  less
