If a key Indicator of the Health of a Democracy is the State of its
Journalism, the United States is in Deep Trouble. In Rich Media, Poor

far from Delivering on Their Promises of More Choice and More Diversity,
have Organized a System Characterized by a LACK of COMPETITION,

Through numerous examples, McChesney, and media scholar,
Mark Crispin Miller, demonstrate how journalism has been compromised
by the corporate bosses of conglomerates such as Disney, Sony,
Viacom, News Corp, and AOL Time Warner to produce a system of
news that is high on sensationalism and low on information. They
suggest that unless citizen activism can reclaim the commons, this
New Corporate System will be characterized by a rich media and an
ever impoverished, Poor Democracy.

A lot (most all) people do not realize that most of the "News" you see
was Paid for You to See. (because if it's on TV, it must be so, right!?)

After Fox News suppressed a piece its own investigative journalist team
did revealing widespread contamination of the US milk supply by ... all
Monsanto's rBGH ('Posilac') hormone product, a Federal Court   more...in Florida
ruled that Fox and the media in general have no obligation to tell the
truth. The FCC policy about 'Truth in Reporting' was only a guideline and
not obligatory! In fact - get this - they can actually require their staff to
lie for them, and fire them if they won't.
This is a very insightful documentary. It is hoped that one day some
millionaires will see this and broadcast it all over the United States so
that all might have a chance to learn these important truths.
This is no surprise. The corporate news media in this country is
beholden to their corporate and government masters, not the American
people. They are cowardly, corrupt, and lazy. Go elsewhere if you want
to find the truth.

You will find who really is in control. The Federal Reserve is made up of
numerous Private Banks who charges our Government Intrest for them
