An amazing young man asked me if I knew this song. I most certainly did, though it wasn't one that I had ever thought of working with. This was a tough one.
Tracy Chapman's unmistakeable voice and incredible   more...lyrics take us on a somewhat familiar journey -- the struggle to break away from a way of life that often is repeated, generation after generaton. This character's hope never fades, and I like to think that there is a happy ending.
