A surreal experience of time and suspension

After playing with my Sunpack suction cup camera mount, I decided to take the idea a little further by making something that was a little more sturdy. I discovered that the motorcycle's mirror mounting   more...base was a sturdy mounting point to mount a camera to. This is all experimental, so some feedback helps. Thanks.  less

I add monofilament 20lb fishing line to take out the vibrations in two axes. It seems to dramatically reduce camera shake. It's still bouncy, but the video image is much clearer than the initial first   more...prototype run.  less

This is my first experimental video which was inspired by Stromrider, Fudmottin and Eight and nothing at all bike related. I thought I'd use up some surplus footage from the fear tag video. I had the   more...day off and was at a loose end waiting for my car to be repaired, so decided to have a play around with some weird effects and edit the vid to music.  less

I discovered that the monofilament / fluorocarbon fishing line wasn't sufficient to dampen the vibrations. The camera mount still had issues, such as the ball head mounts being insufficient to adequately   more...hold and not move around. More refinements & adjustments are needed to the system to make this work the way I want it to.  less

I get rid of the Velbon / Tiffen Quick Release plate to get additional stiffness to the camera. I also show the mount in more detail. It works better.
