20 etasje, listepris 390 000 reais, vi får den for 370 000 reais fordi Andre er grei å trekker fra meglerprovisjonen hans på 5 prosent. Denne provisjonen er innebakt i prisen som vi fikk   more...oppgitt på salgskontoret til utbygger, så det med egne øyne. Leiligheten er på 121.50 kvm, fantastisk havutsikt, jeg ble imponert. Synd det er vanskelig å få frem på film. To balkonger, 1 liten og 1 større. Siden bygget er under konstruksjon kan man sikkert utvide disse balkongene, det ville jeg tro. Fire soverom, fire baderom. Kun en trapp opp kommer det stor pool, sauna, treningsrom, det er perfekt etter min mening.  less
