The pig   more...weighed 100lbs and took about 10 hours to cook. It was seasoned with a variety of fresh ingredients inside and cooked over charcoal with several apple wood logs added throughout the cook.

All in all, its one hell of a cooker. Look for us to cook some beef hips soon.
