On September 11th 2001, BBC   more...World reported at 4:57pm Eastern Time that the Salomon Brothers Building
(more commonly known as WTC7 or World Trade Building 7)
had collapsed.

This even made the 5pm EST headlines, what is bizarre is that the building did not actually collapse until 5:20pm EST.

9/11 was unusual enough, without BBC World being able to foretell the destiny of WTC 7.

What is even stranger, is that the women reporter is telling the world that the building had collapsed when you can see it in the background over her left shoulder.

Then at 5:15pm EST, just five minutes before the building did actually collapse, her live connection from New York to London mysteriously fails.

So the question is, on 9/11 how did the BBC learn that WTC7 collapsed 23 minutes before it actually did.

Building Seven was 47 storeys, modern in design with structural steel throughout, yet symmetrically collapsed in 6.5 seconds, was someone leaking information.

No steel framed skyscraper has ever collapsed due to fire, before or after 9/11, most people who find out about WTC7, believe it was brought down by a controlled demolition, even demolition experts agree.  less

So like I'm just wondering, if this was an episode of Law & Order, or real life (I know for some its hard to think this way) and you looked at the pile of evidence surrounding this event, would it   more...not be an open and shut case? We have this man saying that he heard the countdown, we have video evidence of squibs, we have Larry Silverstein ADMITTING to the attacks, we have fightfighters and port police on record saying to "watch that building cause its coming down" and witness testimony about to be released with the newest Loose Change to bombs in the building....all this and still people say there is no evidence.

Key Witness to WTC 7 Explosions Dead at 53
Emergency coordinator for the New York Housing Authority, and key 9/11 eyewitness, Barry Jennings has passed away with controversy   more... more...about WTC7 still hot as the BBC hit piece and NIST report have been released to counter Jennings exclusive testimony of explosions inside Building 7. Jennings passed away at age 53 from circumstances not yet disclosed.
A spokesperson for the Housing Authority has now confirmed his death, after weeks of rumors circulating online, but refused to give any further details. Several other individuals at the Housing Authority also confirmed that they knew Barry Jennings, and that indeed he had passed away about a month ago. No other details were available.
No one has yet been able to contact anyone in the Jennings family and the official cause of death is not yet known, but online comments have reported the date of death as August 19, 2008.
It is very unusual that a prominent — and controversial 9/11 witness would die only days before the release of NISTs report on WTC7 and shortly after a firestorm erupted over his testimony that he heard explosions inside the building prior to collapse of either tower and that there were dead bodies in the buildings blown-out lobby.
The BBC aired The Third Tower in July in attempt to debunk Barry Jennings account which is both contradictory and damaging to the official 9/11 story by making issue over whether or not he said he saw dead bodies in the lobby.
Yet Jennings own statement in an exclusive interview with Dylan Avery and Jason Bermas which has not been denied was: The fire fighter who took us down kept saying, Don’t look down. And I said, Why. And we were stepping over people you know, you can feel when you’re stepping over people.
Now the release of Jason Bermas Fabled Enemies is giving further exposure to Jennings controversial account. The film features a full interview with Barry Jennings, as well as the statements he and Michael Hess, who was also trapped with him inside WTC7, made to news media on the day of the attacks.
Barry Jennings reiterated in the exclusive interview his confusion over the explanation for WTC7s collapse given that he clearly heard explosions inside the building.
That interview was not released until June 2008 at the request of Mr. Jennings, who had received numerous threats to his job and asked that it be left out of Loose Change: Final Cut because of those threats.
Jennings statements have lit fire to questions about what really caused the sudden collapse of WTC7 just as NIST had hoped the release of their report would quash widespread beliefs that the building was brought down by controlled demolition.
News of Jennings death comes on the heels of losing another 9/11 hero and eyewitness Kenny Johannemann, who reportedly committed suicide 12 days before the seventh anniversary of 9/11. Johannemann is credited with saving at least one mans life on 9/11 and was also a witness to explosions in the towers.
NISTs report, as well as that of the 9/11 Commission (which did not even mention WTC7), completely ignored statements from the building leaseholder Larry Silverstein as well as numerous police, fire fighters and other eyewitnesses who have testified that they were warned about the buildings collapse and told to get back. One rescue worker even heard a countdown for the buildings implosion.
The truth about WTC7 will come out, and Barry Jennings testimony will not be in vain.

Rosie O'Donnell has returned 9/11 truth to prominence by laying out the facts for the controlled demolition of the twin towers and Building 7 on ABC's The View this morning.

WTC 7 imploded at near free fall speed and fell in its own footprint,
barely even blocking the adjacent road. Giuliani's emergency command
bunker was located in the building but he and his crew evacuated   more...just
before the collapse of the twin towers. Building 7 had been structurally
reinforced to compensate for numerous floors to be taken out without
compromising the integrity of the building.

For Giuliani to claim that Building 7 collapsed in stages is completely
bizarre and totally inaccurate. One has to wonder if he is intentionally
attempting to mislead with such a wildly false statement.

Is Giuliani attempting to re-write history in an attempt to deflect clearly
documented accusations that Building 7 was brought down by a
controlled demolition?

In 1989 the New York Times reported on this fact in a story covering the
Salomon leasing of the building which had been completed just two
years earlier.

Salomon had wanted to build a new structure in order to house its high
technology operations, but due to stock market crash in 1987 it was
unable to. The company searched for an existing building that they
could use and found one in Larry Silverstein's WTC 7.

The Times reported:

BEFORE it moves into a new office tower in downtown Manhattan,
Salomon Brothers, the brokerage firm, intends to spend nearly two
years and more than $200 million cutting out floors, adding elevators,
reinforcing steel girders, upgrading power supplies and making other
improvements in its million square feet of space...
In some office buildings, that alteration would be impossible, but
Silverstein Properties tried to second-guess the needs of potential
tenants when it designed Seven World Trade Center as a speculative
project.

''We built in enough redundancy to allow entire portions of floors to be
removed without affecting the building's structural integrity, on the
assumption that someone might need double-height floors,'' said Larry
Silverstein, president of the company. ''Sure enough, Salomon had that
need...

MORE than 375 tons of steel - requiring 12 miles of welding - will be
installed to reinforce floors for Salomon's extra equipment. Sections of
the existing stone facade and steel bracing will be temporarily removed
so that workers using a roof crane can hoist nine diesel generators onto
the tower's fifth floor, where they will become the core of a back-up
power station.
