The 25th Street Choir Festival has just been held, 13th-15th July 2007, in Manchester, England. It was hosted by Manchester Community Choir, at the Royal Northern College of Music and sites throughout   more...the City Centre.

My photographs were taken at Exchange Square at lunch time on Saturday.
The massed choirs sang here for half-an-hour and thoroughly enjoyed themselves, as did the audience.  less

This is the Vocal Ensemble (Elite Choir) performance at a recent concert. My son is the tall one in the back row. Everyone in this choir is a sophmore or higher and had to audition and be selected for   more...the choir. There were about 70 kids who auditioned and these 19 made it. They travel around the state representing the High School at various music festivals and have won many awards and distinctions over the years. This was their first concert this year.  less
