Well heres simple little lick you can use
to get your fingers all loosened up and
in shape. The finger used to play These licks
is a pattern of 1,3,4(x2) 1,2,4(X2) then repeat
so it would be Pointer finger,   more...Ring finger, Pinky,
then Pointer, Middle, Pinky.Also i use alternate
picking which is basicaly just up and down,
up and down,up and down
