A vacation day trip to Montreal, Quebec with stops at the Biodome, Botanical Gardens, and Old Montreal.

Just a new camera mount I am testing... not too impressed. But at least its an easy setup.

On the way to the twisties, we have a strip of road that resembles Isle of Man - Lots of straights with little turns. Real fun.

"Tourist Trophy Isle Of Man 2005"

The 2005 Isle of Man TT Festival was the 98th run and took place between Saturday 28 May and Friday 10 June on the 37.73 mile   more...(60.72 km) Mountain course. The first week (between 28 May and 3 June) is known as the practice week, before the real action was due to commence on 4 June. Bad weather meant that the Superbike race was held over until Sunday (5 June). There were only 7 races in this year because this was the first year the smaller 250 bikes & Production models did not race at the TT, instead they were replaced with Superbike, Supersport & Superstock races.

The Sidecar TT Race A, was supposed to be race 2 but due to inclement weather forced the postponement of the Superbike TT for 24 hours, the Sidecars became the first race.

This meal was a little undercooked... but still tasted great... no REAL competition, no one wanted any... I don't think these were Cobras or EVOs...

Thanks to SoCalF4i for the unique camera angle that inspired the Armpit Camera. A guy in a Tank Top gets going a little too fast on me, so I got faster on him...

The 2007 Isle of Man Tourist Trophy was the Centenary event which ran between 26th May and 8th June 2007. The first event was   more...held on Tuesday 28th May 1907 and was called the International Auto-Cycle Tourist Trophy[1] run by the Auto-Cycle Club on the St.Johns Short Course in the Isle of Man.

For the Centenary TT Races, a number of special events where held to commemorate 100 years of the Isle of Man TT Races. The first of the these events occurred on Saturday 26th May 2007 with a display by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight over Douglas Bay

"Tourist Trophy Isle Of Man 2006"

The 99th anniversary Isle of Man TT Festival ran between Saturday May 27th and Friday June 9th on the 37.73-mile Mountain Course.   more...The first week (between May 27 and June 2) is known as the practice week, before the real action commenced on the 3rd of June. There were 6 races in TT week. John McGuinness broke the lap record during practice for the Superbike race and then did it again in the race itself. He recorded a lap of 17:41.71, breaking the Superbike record from last year by 8.62 seconds and his outright lap record by 2.1 seconds.

McGuinness then went on to take his first TT hat-trick by winning the Senior TT on June 9, destroying the lap record in the process. He set a lap of 17:39.95 from a standing start then 17:29.26 on his 2nd lap (breaking his own lap record by 10 seconds). However, the meeting was overshadowed by the death of Japanese rider Jun Maeda on June 6th due to injuries suffered in a practice crash.
